T-rex make a dinosaur

Hello!
Has anyone done the make a Dino at t rex cafe? I know it's owned by build a bear....are the prices similar? Are there clothes/accessories? Do they take build a bear coupons or gift cards?

My kids love build a bear so I thought this might be fun!

we did this about a week and a half ago, our kids really enjoyed it, they each did one. one was 19.00 and the other was 15.00 plus tax. they had different outfits you could buy. its about the same as build a bear. i believe they do take BB giftcards but not 100% sure. it was fun watching the kids do it def worth doing.

DS did it last year, and had an amazing time. He thought the build a dino was one of the high points of the trip. We got way too many accessories and spent way too much money in the end though. He, of course, thought it was totally worth it.

I have twins and the youngest twin is mega Dino mad!!!!

They did build a bear about a month ago and all Ethan has asked for since is can he do build a dino at Trex next yr! Little does he know we are going in 9 days & i have booked Trex twice so he can do his Dino "plus the other 2 boys as well"
Im really looking forward to them doing this a its something different from the usual bears

We will also then pick up some outfits for each Dino for xmas for them

My daughter did it in May. She made the Saber Tooth Tiger with a full on safari outfit. It was about 45 dollars. They did not take my build a bear rewards card because they said that while they are in the build a bear family they are technically not supposed to take BAB coupons or let you scan your BAB member card. It was not a really big issue to me but if I could have gotten some points or maybe a free virtual item for my daughters online cub condo I would have tried.
Oh but if your child plays build a bear online you can still register the certificate that you get when you make the animal and your child's online character can have them as a virtual pet! It's not much but still something nonetheless. Don't forget to visit the little fossil dig area after lunch as well. My daughter had a great time digging for fossils at T-Rex!

Yes! Just go through the gift shop. We spent around $50 for the Dino, outfit, and accessories.

You also used to be able to buy the dino unstuffed and take it home and have it stuffed at any BB location.

You can use Disney gift cards, KTTW cards (with charging privileges), BAB gift cards and BAB loyalty reward certificates but not BAB coupons. They will not give you reward points on your purchase in store but told me to call BAB and have them added to my BAB account so keep your receipt. They can also deliver to purchases to the resorts, they have a 48 hour turnaround.

I have a toddler who is dino obsessed and we were planning on maybe doing TRex, I didnt know they had build a dino! Now we are for sure going....he will love love love it!!!

Here is DS build-a-dino. We also bought sneakers and some jean shorts
