T-Rex is booked ALL DAY!!!

Crap! I have no idea what to do. We planned a day at SeaWorld (9/1/11) and were planning on going to T-Rex afterwards. I just tried to get reservations online and it says they are booked from 11am-11pm. How is that possible?! Should I call? Could they really be totally booked? I am so upset, this trip is a surprise to DS7 who LOVES dinosaurs right now. I'm going to be so upset if we can't get in this restaurant!!!

Call T-Rex directly. They are not a Disney restaurant and they release very few of their tables for booking through Disney. If you call them directly you will likely have your pick of reservation times (they call it a "priority seating" though)

I've heard on this board that they save some of their reservation spots for walk in and only release a limited amount to the Disney system. I would definitely call and see if they do a reservation over the phone for you. Good luck and have fun!!

Agree with PP that you should call T-Rex directly, NOT the WDW dining number. We have always called the restaurant directly and have gotten in at our preferred time, every single time.

I keep trying to call the number and it just rings and rings, and then goes to voicemail. Anybody have this problem?

Thanks so much for the tip. I had been trying to snag a ressie for the last several days with no luck, just called them and got my first choice of day and time=) YAY!!
