T-REX Invite

Has anyone made an invite to T-REX in downtown disney? We are planning on either lunch or dinner there.

This is really cute, just what I am looking for. Is there anyway I can get a blank one so that when I have my date I can personalize it (we are not going until September). If so, what font did u use for the name and date. TIA
