T-Rex cafe

Watching "The Big Idea" with Donny Deutch last night, and they had the owner of Rainforest Cafe on, saying they just started construcion of the "T-Rex Cafe" in Disneyworld.
Has anyone seen it yet? Where are they going to put it???

I read somewhere that it is going in Downtown Disney.
