T-Rex Cafe - Anyone know when it opens?

Hey! Anyone know when the T-Rex Cafe is opening? DS7 loves dinosaurs and wants to go....just wondering if anyone knew. All I can find is it is opening 2008.

There is a post on the Restaurant board indicating the most recent opening date as "late 2008"

I've seen Nov 1st, but I've also seen Fall 2008.

I am really excited about this too. My son loves Dino's and they have ribs on the menu. That will make the boy very happy. I hope it is open by our trip in November.

From what I've seen during construction this is going to be a BIG restaurant.

I'm assuming this is going to like Rainforest (animatronic dinos)? If that's the case, it will be pretty cool.

When I called to make our ADRs for our Dec. trip I asked if they were taking ressies for T-Rex yet and was told that they were not taking them and didn't know when they might be.

It isn't fine dining but any place that keeps my kids entertained (or scared that a large animal is going to eat them or their food) and allows me to eat in relative peace is A-OK in my book!!

I think fall 2009.
We went to the one in Kansas City yesterday. My son loved the dinos. The one they are building in Downtown Disney looks like it will be A LOT larger.
