T-Rex and the dining plan

Hi, I have a question, is the T-Rex in Downtown Disney part of the regular dining plan or is it just on the more expensive deluxe plan?

Restaurants don't differentiate between dining plans... any restaurant that accepts the dining plan accepts it whether you have the regular plan or deluxe plan. T-Rex does accept the dining plan.
