T Rex ADR

Trying to get ADRs for dinner on 9/13 at T Rex for dino loving DS (4.) Nothing is available between 4:30-8:30. I will keep trying in case someone cancels. BUT does anyone know if they take any walk up diners?

Last year we were walking around DTD and decided to give them a try. It was our first trip and we were not aware of the ADRs, we walked up and had no problem. I have no clue whether they were full ADR wise or not.

The vast majority of TRex diners are walk up. They take comparatively few reservations there.

Are you trying to make the reservation through disney? Have you tried calling T-rex directly?

T-rex holds back many reservations for those who call T-rex directly (or walk up). Very few reservations are available through disney. Many DISers have reported not being able to get an ressie through disney, but able to get one when they call T-rex direct.

I called T-Rex directly and had the choice of anytime and any night through our ENTIRE vacation! If you call them direct you will most likely be able to get a ressie! Good Luck I bet your son will love it. I am taking my two in September

Yes, they take walk-up. You can also call them directly to schedule your ADR. Also, if you're a Landry's Select member and decide to walk-up you get priority seating.

Definitely try calling the restaurant directly. I had the same problem - only ADRs available were 4 & 9. I called t-Rex and could have any time I wanted.

T-Rex (and both RFCs) only release a portion of their tables to the Disney Dining system. The rest they reserve for themselves and split between their own reservations and walk-ups. It's always best to call these restaurants directly rather than risk a walk-up as there is a very good chance they'll have the day and time you need.

Call TRex directly. They only release a few tables to Disney.

Does anybody know how far out they'll reserve? If I do my ADR's through Disney at 180 days and don't get one of the few "Disney" T-Rex tables, can I call T-Rex at 180 too? Or will they laugh at me for wanting to make a reservation for 6 months later. LOL.

I called at about 160 days out, and they didn't laugh. At least not while I was still on the phone...
