system wide outage

I had a scare while making my FPs when they all disappeared about 8:30pm EST. I called Member services and was told they have a system wide outage. I keep checking here to see if anyone else has the problem because misery loves company. Sorry about that.

She did say all my FPs will reappear when the system comes back up.

The system seems to be back up now and I hope it stays. My FPs reappeared!

I just wanted anyone else that had a problem to see that it was not only them.

Me too! I was finally getting around to paying my annual dues, and when I refreshed the screen after payment confirmation, the dues page still said I owed the full amount...and then I saw that all my points were gone! The dashboard showed a big fat 0....needless to say, I was on the phone with member services as well. But the system seems to be back up now...all my points are back at least. But one of my waitlists is gone....
