System Issues Late at Night?

Lately, I've tried to check availability late at night (e.g., around 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. eastern time). Periodically, when I click on an availability calendar for a resort, I get the seven dwarves pages. Sometimes it occurs after I click on the availability for several resorts, sometimes it's after the first resort. Anyone else have this issue? Is there some maintenance going on every single night?

I got the dwarves around same time. It seems like there’s always “maintenance” going on. The only problem is that nothing ever gets fixed. Hmmmm???

I’ve been getting that a lot no matter what time of day. It’s been happening for the past 4 or 5 days. It’s basically a crapshoot whether the page will error out when expanding the calendar for a resort. It does seem to happen more often when I am modifying rather than making a new reservation. Regardless it is frustrating.

In normal times (pre-pandemic), the system was often down for maintenance for three to four hours at night but usually not until 1 a.m. or after eastern. What you are seeing now at 11 p.m. to 1 is likely just another glitch in the completely incompetent service that has been provided in the last several months, which service has gotten exponentially worse since the three day shut-down a month ago which was expected to "improve" the system..

It isn’t just from 11p to 1a. The issue occurs for me all hours of the day. Do a search, start expanding availability for individual resorts / rooms and you will either get the 7 Dwarves or the page will freeze. If you are “lucky” and get the 7 dwarves you can hit the back button and get back to the results. If it freezes you get to close the page out and start over again.

I’ll try the back button approach. Having to refresh the page and re-enter all of the info is a pain in the rear!
