Sympathy needed.....

Well last night in our final training session of the season and in the final sprint session my hamstring went!!!! Turns out ive torn the fibres in my hamstring and im bed ridden and on crutches until it improves! :confused3

So if anyone knows anyway to relieve boredom or wants to pour sympathy on me....be my guest!!! :rotfl2:

Oh no that's so frustrating - hope it gets better soon, at least it was at the final training session too! I find watching stand-up comedy is therapeutic, something like Live at the Apollo or even just watching normal comedy. And hey, how could you be down when we might be living in a premiership football town after Saturday - think of the amazing footie matches that might end up being right on your doorstep!

Im meant to be at Wembley on Saturday, got ticket and transport sorted but at the minute I cant actually bend my leg, so i doubt il be going which makes me even sadder! :mad:

:headache: Aww no that's awful! Maybe somehow things will improve over the next 24 hours with rest and you'll be able to go. I'm used to injuries because of dance so I know how frustrating it can be and its usually a good 4-6 weeks before you can start exercising fully again, my friend is a physio and always says ice (I usually use Deep Freeze to get swelling down and Deep Heat for pain, stinks but works) and also elevating the area.
