Swollen legs and cough....what a time to be without insurance!

I had what I thought to be bronchitis a month ago. I still have the cough, though. When I start to laugh about something, it brings on such a coughing spell! Ugghh! Now, I seem to have developed some pitting edema in my lower legs. The swelling is not hugely noticeable, but it pits pretty good.

My dad and mom and DH are harping on me to go see a doc.

Ahhh...at least I have until September to opt for Cobra coverage!

I just read your profile. You already know you should see a doctor concerning the edema. Please go! By the way, I'm a nurse, too.

I know how it is to be without medical insurance. It's a crime that in the richest country in the world, not everyone has it. I hope someday that changes.

Are you the typical Mom who tends to everyone but herself...LOL!
Honey, you already know any cough that lasts that long needs to be ck'd out. Most drs. will work with you on the bill. Now, make that appointment.
