Switching the user of a fast pass????

My sister and I are linked on MDE we each have several kids on there also. She made some FPs for her son and he will no longer be going. We wanted to switch those fast passes to my daughter who is also on the account. Is there any way to do this other than dropping them and hoping we can pick them back up with good timing? We tried this for one ride and were unsuccessful. We have toy story and don't want to lose it but if the only way is to drop it and pick it up I know we will lose it.
 
I wanted to add my sister and her kids are annual passholders. If we can't switch them without the chance of losing them would her sons magic band work for the fast pass if he didn't enter the park that day?

Yes. You use that person's MagicBand or ticket for the fastpasses. They don't have to enter the park in order to have the fastpasses work. Our son-in-law couldn't come with the family so they used his MagicBand for the fastpasses. His ticket is still valid, by the way, and we have been using his ticket for fastpasses for three trips now, :)

As far as I know, you can't reassign fastpasses to another person.
 
I called yesterday and was able to do this with a very nice CM on the phone with no wait. I selected something like My Disney Experience, fastpasses, problems with the website for my "what can we help you with?" And explained I was trying to switch FP from one family member to another. He went through four days of FP with me fixing them. :)

@hiroMYhero Just wanted to let you both know I was able to do this via phone with a CM. :) It'd recommend a "problems with site" cm over a general questions CM though.. otherwise you may have to try multiple times for one that knows how to do it..

Thanks, Paigevon. That's good info to have if guests don't want to just switch around MBs or tickets. Glad you found a CM who could assist you. :)
