Switching Rooms during stay

We have to switch room types at OKW during our stay. Do we have to take our luggage to bell services and then go back to get it in the evening when we have the different room?

You have to check out of one room and check in to the next. If the new is ready you can move your luggage, if not, bell services will hold it for you.

bell services will come and get it and bring it to your new room when it is ready....done that a bunch of times

Thank you for posting this I was wondering this too as We have to do the same thing! Ok so if our new room isn't ready we just pack everything up and bell services will come up get it and hold it until our new is ready?

Just remember you need to be in the room for pick and delivery by BS

I'd recommend you check in to your new room before you do anything with your luggage, if possible-or leave someone upstairs you can call. One time at BWV, I packed up, brought my luggage down at 10:00, to check into my new room type. Not only was it ready, but it was just a few doors from my old room. Had I known, I could have just moved my luggage the few doors down rather than all the way downstairs, then right back upstairs again.
