So my wife and I were Gold and Daughters Silver, so when we booked our cruise to get the same Gold access to excursions we were the lead on each room.

Now everything is booked can you get the correct names in each room when arrive?

Do you have connecting rooms and your dinning reservations are together? If so, it is not necessary to make any changes.

We have a comparable situation but a party of six between two rooms - we are never sure who is in which room until we get into our rooms and our kids decide who sleeps where. Since the rooms are connecting, the specific room a key opens is also not a big issue.

Rooms are next to each other but our daughters (24 and 27) will be in one room and wife and I in the other. More thinking about room charges

We have over $2000 on each room OBC from it being a cheaper cruise and the FCC from canellations..... so charges are to the room and would want them to use just theirs

I recollect each adult get own charge code so if cannot change names in room i think at least charges will get itemize per person
