Switching resorts question.

I was unable to get my who trip at one resort, and was going to have to switch from VWL to BWV on my next trip. Will the resorts help me get all my stuff from one resort to the other? With the Check-out time being 11AM and check-in 4PM how do you work that when you are in the parks?

I'm sure they will. Last year, we had friends that stayed in an All-Star Resort the night before meeting us at OKW. There was no problem having their luggage moved (4 rooms). Just ask the Bell Captain at your resort.

Hi Pat!

I understand that the bell services will take your bags, have them transferred over to BWV for you. When you check in at BWV, you can head over to the parks then when your room is ready and you are actually in it, bell services will bring your bags up to your room. Sorry you could not get BWV for the entire trip, but I have also been on the waiting list for the same week for a larger room. Oh well, have to be happy with what we can get that particular week I guess. Looking forward to seeing you!

How do you go about tipping for this, since they will put your bags in your room while you are out?

Pat, they actually won't bring your bags up to your new room until you are in it. When you get in there, you notify bell services and they bring them up.

Also, if you have anything that needs to be refrigerated, pack that in a separate grocery sack and bell services will refrigerate it for you until you check in.
