Switching resorts online???

I am at the 7 month mark and want to switch my resort to OKW. I was trying to do this online but was unclear if the reservation would be listed as an additional reservation and then I would have two reservations for the same time period or if it would automatically cancel my SSR reservation.

Is it possible to do this online or should I just call member services?? Can anyone just walk me thru this.........

Also, what are the hours for member services??

MS is open Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 7:30 PM Eastern.
Saturday & Sunday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern.

If you reserve the second resort without canceling the first one, you will have two rooms reserved. It will not cancel the first one.

The on-line system does not allow modifications. If you need points from the first to reserve the second, you would need to cancel it first then book the second one.
