Switching resort/bell service

We will be doing a split stay on our up coming trip to the World. It's been a couple years since we have done one, I am trying to remember how much is the norm to tip bell service when they come and get your luggage to move it over to the other resort? We will have 4 bags, 2 luggage size and 2 carry on size.

Also can't remember, but do you have to be in your room at the new resort before they bring up your luggage?

I figure $1.00 per bag, unless they are large. Also, yes, they will put the luggage in your room if it's available to do so...
