Switching Occupants?

Does DCL on board have the capability of remaking the KTTW cards? I am considering a group cruise (not a large group) but if some of the members want/need to switch rooms after we are underway, is it possible for them to get new cards? A proper card is necessary for charging, getting off & on the ship as well as the room key, so we just can't switch keys.

Has anyone done this?

When my sister and I went on the May 3rd cruise I was listed as an occupant of another room (I had won a cruise for 4 and took her 3 kids) and she was listed as a single in another room. They did move one of the kids into my sister's room in order to make the rooms a little less congested. and she was able to get another KTTW card.
