We are traveling to U.S. and staying on site one night at RPH for FOLPs. There are 10 of us-all adults, including 82 year old mom. We are planning to switch to Doubletree at the entrance on the 2nd night. Has anyone done this before and what is the best way to switch resorts?

I would check out but leave the luggage with the hotel. They will hold it for you. Then I would enjoy the parks for as long as I had intended for the day until dark if desired. Then I would pick up my luggage and head to the new hotel. Let the Doubletree know that you will be checking in late.

Thanks! Do you have any tips/advice for transporting all of us and our luggage? I'm guessing taxis are going to be our best bet.
