Switch from CBR to CSR?

Ok...I've been stressing waaaay too much about this! lol.

We are scheduled to stay at CBR the first week of Dec (2-9). I'm really scared because I've been hearing that this year Pop Warner people will be staying at CBR, unlike the past years. Should we switch from CBR to CSR? I just don't want to have a miserable time at CBR if Pop Warner people are there. I've never been to Disney during this week, but alot of people on here make it sound like if you are at a resort with them, it is terrible!

We've got to make a decision soon so we can notify out travel agent. Any info would be great! thanks!!

That has to be your decision but you can look at pics of the resort on my CSR website below or on the info page also below.

I don't think you'll see large numbers of them at CBR and the resort IS fairly spread out so I'm not sure it would impact you much either way.

Who are the Pop Warner people? How will they impact your stay?

Pop Warner is America's largest youth football and cheerleading organization. Every year during the first week of December they hold their championships at the Wide World of Sports complex. They mostly stay at ASSp.

To the OP: You should switch if you're so worried, but I'd be very interested to know where you heard this information about Pop staying at CBR this year. Apart from your multiple posts on the subjects, I haven't seen any other sources stating this.

Is there a thread to warn DISers of conventions on property so we can avoid the high traffic? I would to avoid large groups if possible.

At CSR, the more convention folks the less crowded the buses and pools are because they are busy during the day with meetings. Pop Warner isn't bad, its the cheerleaders you want to avoid.
