Switch for Boma?

We haven't been to Boma in a few years, but now we're thinking of returning. Is the menu still as culturally diverse or has it become more Americanized? If you had ADRs at Citrico's, Narcoosee's and Flying Fish Cafe, would you keep them or trade one for dinner at Boma? If you switched, which would you cancel? We are staying at the GF, but will have a car to drive to Boma. Thanks.
