Swiss steak question

Okay, so I have defrosted round steak ready for preparing. I would like to flour and brown then place in the oven. This is my question. How long and at what oven temp should I cook it if I want a tender steak?

I cook mine at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until it is fork tender. Yummmy!!!!!

I'm an all day crock pot kinda girl. And it comes out great if you don't bread and fry it in the crock pot.

What else do you put in the crockpot with it?? How much liquid?? We're talking about "cube steak", right????
