Is the DLH pool heated? Is the pool warm enough in March for swiming (last week of March)?

It seems like I remember a friend of mine who lived in Burbank saying that they could swim almost year round in their pool without it being heated.

Can you locals fill me in?

Not a local but we swam at DLH last thanksgiving. The main pool was freezing but the cove pool was like bath water!
