Swimming with sharks in Oahu

Anyone done this with either Hawaii shark encounters or shark tours Hawaii?

I thought that a lot of these types of tours have been ended, at least in the Caribbean and Florida, because it is necessary to chum the waters in order to attract sharks. It is believed that increasing the 'food supply' near humans have increased shark attacks.
If I had extra cash to spend on a Hawaiian tour, I would take a flight to Moloka'i and take the mule ride down to Kalaupapa, the leper colony. It was the best tour we have ever taken. Very imformative and very moving.
