Swim with the dolphin excursion question?

I have a question about the shallow water dolphin swim? My daughter just turned 7 and does not swim underwater yet. I wanted to take her to swim with the dolphins is the shallow water swim really shallow? Also which dolphin swim is the best on Nassau? TIA

I've only done the shallow water interaction at Atlantis. It was very shallow. Like a 2-3 feet maybe. All the adults had to get on their knees when doing the interaction so your daughter should be just fine. We had a 7 year old and a 9 year with us and they did great. There's no actual swimming component to this excursion.
