Thanks to everyone with their responses to my messages. It's greatly appreciated!

Does anyone happen to know if there is someplace where we could swim with dolphins near Disney or within a 2 hour drive?

Aside from Mexico, I know for sure there's a tour called Dolphins in Depth at Epcot...

Details:

(Meet at 9:45 am - Monday through Friday - 3 Hours)

A behind-the-scenes experience for Guests interested in learning more about the dolphins and research at The Living Seas, as well as those wanting to increase their awareness and appreciation for dolphin counterparts in the wild. Most importantly, you will meet them up close and personal, in the water! You are guaranteed to get wet and most likely splashed, by our resident dolphins.

Included in cost is a photograph with the dolphin, refreshments and a t-shirt.

Guests must be at least 13 years old to attend this program. (Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult). (Not recommended for expectant mothers) Note: Wetsuits are provided but guests must bring their own swimsuit. Guests will be getting in the water up to their waist for 30 minutes.

You can swim with Dolphins in Epcot. Look for the Dolphins in Depth tour.

Can't say enough good things about our day there. The price is so worth it. We paid for 2 DDs to swim with Dolphin & rest of us just had the day admission (no dolphin swim). Went in Dec05. Meals, snacks included. Admission to SeaWorld or Tampa's Busch Gdns during the week of DC entry was also included. Had a FANTASTIC Day.

With the option of swimming with dolphins at Epcot I notice that the age restriction is 13 years or older. My daughter will be 13 at that time of our trip. Do I need ID for her, or will they let me sign her in without it?

Before you go and book the 'Swim at Epcot', I would make sure it is an actual swim. From my understanding, Dolphins at Depth is a look dolphin habitat, the creature itself, and soforth. At the end, you get into the water for a picture with the dolphin, but it has been stressed that it is a dolphin swim like Discovery Cove is.

If you don't mind the price too much, Discovery Cove would be awesome, as you spend 30 minutes interacting with the dolphin and actually get a dolphin swim. And it is also a full day at the Cove, which is great and relaxing. Check it out.

I would guess that yes, you will have to show I.D. for her. My DD17 is booked for a Segway tour in Epcot w/ her Dad. When I booked I was told we had to bring photo I.D. & Dad would have to sign a waiver for her.
