We are going to DL Feb 5-13. Will it be warm enough to swim at this time of year? Thank you!!

<font color=navy>If you happen to come when we're having our Santa Ana Wind conditions, then you can expect the temps to be up in the 90's.

We're not exactly sure when we can expect those, so there's no guarantee. If you're planning on staying offsite, I heard that the Embassy Suites North have an indoor pool, so that might be an option.

You never know with that time of year--sometimes it's in the 50s or 60s, sometimes it's in the 80s or 90s--often one way one day and the other way the next. I'd suggest bringing your swimsuits just in case, but don't make any promises about actually being able to swim.

Hey what are the chances of those winds hitting in January? hahaha.
We plan to swim in January...if the pool is heated, in we go!

They happen in the fall, winter and early spring, so chances are very good. Where I live, though they're cold, but I live closer to the mountains (therefore snow) than DL is, so for me, if there's any snow on the mountains or in the passes the winds are quite cold. I guess they warm up by the time they reach the DL area. But please don't hope for them--they're my least favorite weather condition and make me cranky and edgy.
