I go to WDW every year but I'm overwhelmed with how to plan out a SWGE day for May for myself and 8 yo as last year was early June so SWGE wasn't open yet. Right now I have the following booked... 11:50am Lightsaber experience, 1:20pm Oga's Cantina, and 2:30pm Droid Build. Is this reasonable? Hoping to ride both rides sometime in the day but we are wide open on that. We'll plan on being there before RD and staying until closing time. We have another HS day so if we do nothing but SWGE all day that's fine. My son is a fanatic.

sounds good. Keep following along to see how they are handling RotR queuing and you should be fine. MTFBWY and your son :)

i'm also watching over the next several months to see what happens with both rides in SWGE. We will be there in April, and I expect it will be different than how the lines are handled today, but nobody knows for sure. Soubt there will be FPs yet.

I agree We’ll be there in May too and expect things to change quite a bit. Looking forward to it but i think you just need to keep on top of things. Keep reading the forum.

By May we will also have Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway open in the same park, so crowds will probably be a lot more spread out.

I think touring in May will be an easier experience than touring now - especially early May. :)

Yeah once MMRR opens the park will have over double the hourly ride capacity it had as recently as last spring.

True. Definitely easier than now. It’s also going to bring more people into the park though so important to pay attention. This will be the first time ever we plan to go to DHS more than 1day.
