I know there are no reselling sites for Disney tickets but I read people can transfer tickets into new names.

Would this be a place people would mention it that had tickets they couldn't use? We just booked a short last minute trip from Canada for another reason but would LOVE to attend this event!

I’ve seen recent threads state that it is against the rules here to ask or discuss ticket transactions involving money. Sorry.

Tickets sure must’ve went fast, because we missed out as well.

You can't sell tickets (against the terms of the tickets and also therefore against the rules of this board). The transfer is only allowed if someone gifts them to you. If Disney gets wind money exchanged hands, they have been known to cancel the tickets completely.

Your best chance would be to check at the parks day of if they release any additional tickets. If you're staying on site you would have a better chance at additional tickets maybe being available.
