Sweetheart Night 2023

Hi! This is our first trip to Disneyland AND our honeymoon. We have tickets for sweethearts night on the 9th (24 hours after we get married). Can anybody let us know what to expect or what has happened in past years? I know the 1st event night hasn't quite happened but maybe someone can come back and let us know how it was? We really love meeting characters and we are hoping to meet Mary Poppins! Also this will be our 1st after hours event. Thank you in advance!

There are tons of vlogs on youtube with reviews of the event last year. I’d expect it to be similar, although now you can hug characters again, so the meet-and-greets will be different.
