Sweetbay Super Marcket

I have had it with this store.We went to the deli to get a few hand made sandwiches and the employee tolld us-"this is not SubWay,I got too much to do then make sandwiches for you right now" in a real nasty tone!!

Needless to say I got angry right then I could spit nails.I could see if it was busy,but we were the only customer there and there was 4 other employees working behind the case.So I looked at her name tag and went directly to the store manager.

Yea,that realy helped.He said they must be busy back there.I told him NO,you got 4 employees working and 2 are talking instead of working.He said they must be talking about work.Well I got madder and said,go ahead and defend your employees actions for now on you lost our buisness forever.

He shrugged his shoulders.That was the last I wanted to talk to him cuase I know I would have lost my cool.I just said it's Winn-Dixie or Publix for us for now on,good day sir.

So if you live or just visiting Florida,stay clear of SweetBay stores.Trust me Publix and Winn-Dixie have alot better customer service.

That was pretty rude of him. Guess they must not be very customer oriented.

I don't normally shop there but stopped in one day for lunch meat. I stood around waiting while everyone ignored me and carried on their conversations. When they finally did acknowledge me and start slicing my meat I had to get another workers attention to please tell the lady slicing my meat to throw away what she sliced and put on gloves.
