Sweet Sixteen Tink Invite

I've been looking thru all the designs and was wondering if anyone had any idea's for a Tinkerbell Sweet Sixteen Invitation. We like KristinN's blue Tink Design with Tink in the middle of the Mickey Bubble, but not sure how to use that with wording. Any ideas?
