God old Char she sure knows how to tret the Boss !!! We are definately planning a Summer Mall Meet and I am sure the Buffet wil be on the Menu So we will count you in !!!You gor that Jen and Yuki Dan is in for our next Meet !! Maybe the infamous Bubba wil make it too !!

Looks good , Rosie, but DAY 5 looks anything but relaxing. Sure you don't want to just lay around by the pool??

Well I meant no Rope Drop and sorta go with the flow I do really wat to check out both Water Parks for alittle while !!The DQ will be to shut Kyle up as I know he is gonna love that!!!

Plans look good! You definitely need to try to talk the family into that extra Epcot time!

I definately will want the Epcot time as it is my favorite park!

So far the plans sound pretty good! I'll have to wait till the park hours come up to see what my plans will be like. Hopefully we'll be crossing paths more than once!

Off topic but I wanted to share this !!!I attended an Inservice today presented by the Self Advocates of the second agency I work for !! The subject was the History and goals of the Self Advocacy movement !!Now as the Advocate for them at my full time job ,this was of interest to me !!
I was horrified to learn some facts that I did not know and are just so shocking
1, The Nazis used the Dev,. Disabled to experiment on methods to kill the Jews
2. Here in the US the Institutions experimented by injecting them with Hepatitis

I know that the world has come a long way but the thought that any human being could be subjected to such traetment ever just saddens me

I know I just don't understand how people could do those things !!!

On a much brighter note !! Today it was confirmed Carol and are going to Vermont in Ma and Disney in October !!!! If that wasn't enuff good news Pati from the agency told me that one of th guys we took showed his Mom the Scrapbok we sent him and she was SOOOOO impressed withit and the obvious good time he had that she wrote a Thank You letter to the Agency AND a Donation!! So we are STARS!!!

Ohh....unfortunately, I've learned a lot about the mistreatment of dev. disabled peoples in the States as well as Canada. Even their treatment today! It's just inhuman and demoralizing.

That's how most of my weeks go !!! I just got back from having to go to check why 2 staff had not answered the alarm/ check call and were not answering the house phone !!! It is frigid out and I am not a happy camper and neither is Carol who called me at 5:30 am !!

Good Morning, Rosie! Looks like we were both up with the birds this morning - I should have stopped by earlier.

Today is the Little Olympics at Little Gym - grandparents are invited so must bundle up in the 17 degree weather to see my little Sophia. She LOVES little gym, but we never know how much she will participate - she's so shy. Hoping she has a great time today as it is the first time I've gone with them.
