Great News !!!!!Our Trip is all paid up!!!!

So it is time to continue with the PTR as Judy says " Now we are really going "

Day 1 August 18th
Leave Buffalo at 4:30p
Arrive MCO at 6:55p

We will be met by the Limo Driver at the bottom of the escalator , unless Marv is there in his HillBillie attire and his Clampett mobile

That is Kyle driving with Marv next to him , Me I'm the cute blonde in the backWhadda ya mean I'm the Granny!!!

The real Limo!!!!

It's a tough choice

It's then off to the Country Inn & Suites in Kissimee , with a grocery type stop en route !!Wanna pick up something for the kids and us to eat for a late supper and drinks and snax for the evening !! The Limo ,I am told will have drinks on board !!!

The Hotel has what looks like a nice pool complete with slide sooo the kids will be happily occupied till bedtime .

This will be such a relaxing first day and sooo different from our normal of the awful early flight we usually take and are then exhausted the whole first day !!This should give us a more relaxed departure day and a First Disney day well rested .

I actually think it would be super fun to ride the Clampett mobile from the airport! I can picture Rosie in a rocking chair on top the car with a cup of coffee in one hand and a cigarette in the other... her coffee in her WDW resort mug of course!

I'm sure Kyle is going great at camp. Danielle went away for her first summer camp the week of the 12th. I was worried she would have a rough time cause she doesn't like bugs. We had to drive her there, it was about and hour and half away. While there we checked out the girls bathhouse. She saw some dead bugs and stared freaking out. I sent her with off but I should have sent her with raid. When we picked her up on the 18th she didn't want to leave. She loved it and wants to go back next year for 2 weeks. She said she got use to the bugs after the first day. She was in the woods in a cabin with no a/c she had to get use to the bugs.

First day plans sound great.

Don't forget to look for the skull in the caves on Tom Sawyer Island. I bet Kyle would get a kick out of it.

I sure hope he has a good time !!This will be the test for if he wants to go to the Tim Horton one next year in Kentucky!!There was a nice article in our local paper about the camp!!They have archery competitions which I didn't know and Kyle is quite good with a bow !!!

Hey Rosie. That is great about Kyle going to summer camp. I would probably be the same way as Judy. I am used to my boys being home but now that Cody is older he is out all the time! My oldest is home & my youngest is always going to camp fires, the beach, out to get ice cream, sleeping over a friends house down the street, etc. I am not used to this. He just came home from soccer & is out again.

I am glad to hear Judy got through to someone & that Kyle slept good. I bet he will have a ball!!

Drama Last Night !! at 9:58pm Judy got a text from Kyle , now remember he is 9 and it said "Mom tuor phone set dat pick me up Sat "Judy says "He wants to come home " (insert lots of crying ) I said " No he wants to make sure you pick him up on Saturday " I explained that if he wanted to come home he would have said "pick me up NOW!!" It wasn;t till a co worker said the exact same thing that she calmed down . She says he had read the text this morning , don't ask me how she knew Any way I will be glad when Saturday morning comes and she can pick him up!! Lordy she is a Mother Hen !!!!

Poor Judy! Camp is a nightmare for her. When he gets home and hears how much fun he had, she will relax better next year. He probably is a little homesick, or he wouldn't be thinking about coming home yet.
