Sweet 16 at Disney Ideas?

My son and daughter will both have birthday's during our trip and I want to do something for each of them on their actual birthday that they will enjoy. On son's 10th we are planning Breakfast at 'Ohana will have cake there. Then going to Hollywood studios to ride his favorite's and HOPEFULLY do the Star Wars Dessert Party. If it isn't available during Christmas time I will have to come up with something new for him too.

What are good idea's for my daughters 16th birthday? I know we will eat dinner at Teppan Edo that is her favorite and will have a cake delievered. We will sleep in that morning because that will make her happy. The only thing I can come up with is taking her to the spa to get a message I know since she is under 18 I have to stay in the room with her which is fine. Anyone have a better suggestion for a 16 yo girl?

What is she in to? My dd at that age would have hated a massage. She would love any tour that has to do with animals.
Dh and I did the Epcot Aqua Seas tour and I recommend that to anyone and everyone that asks for something special to do at WDW.

It will be the end of the week so I don't know if she will be up for the walking involved in a tour. I think she will like something that we can leave dad and brother at the hotel for and it just be about her. Something more mature than other stuff we have done all week. She is a girly girl. She loves Epcot and Exploring the other cultures. She is especially into Japanese Culture which is why we will definitely be eating at Teppan Edo for dinner.
