Swapping dates with virgin help please

Hiya

Im having to swap our October trip to March 2010. Do I just call? also do you know a number to talk to the virgin staff in the UK?

I have just priced going on the 1st march, for 2 adults 1 child and a infant and it works out cheeper than our October trip which was 2 adults 1 infant (school holidays though.

I know theres normally an admin fee as well

any help appreciated

When I altered our res. I phoned 0870 220 0088 and spoke with someone in the UK. The admin fee we were charged was £25 per adult, but I know that some people have been charged £25 per person. Hope this helps!

We changed one year and were charged £25 per person. It was really easy to do and was no problem. They just transfer your deposit over

I changed flights and and VA did not charge me as I was pregnant
