@@@PLEASE if your going to join this swap, PLEASE follow the thread. There have been multiple people who have joined up, to never be heard from again. Not only does this cause a problem for those before and after you, it also takes up dates that others could use.@@@

Thanks to Debbie, she had decorated and made our swap a bit easier..."I added the words **NEWEST of the New** on all 4 sides and attached 2 8½"x11" page protectors-one on the side, and one on the top for leebee's information, which I prefaced with "HOLD FOR:", as well as getting the luggage confirmation number tag . . . just in case. I've also added Maliki2's information ONto the fridge-side AND back- itself (and in/outside the box ). There should be NO mistaking the swap again! "

RULES

If there is any kind of gap between you and the next person, you will be required to leave it at POP. You MUST tape a piece of paper to the box that says "Hold for guest (name), ressie #, and check-in date. Then you can have luggage services pick it up or take it their yourself. If luggage services comes to get the fridge, please, please tip them a little, hopefully that will stop the fridge from becoming fish bait in the lake! ALWAYS make sure to get a claim ticket, or receipt, for the fridge. And please remember this is all done by HONESTY. We want to spend the least amount we can. So please be respectable and clean the fridge, and arrange for it to be waiting for the next person if you are leaving early.

If you are there and want to swap in person that would be even better! I encourage you to trade cell phone numbers, but in the case that you don't want to, I would be willing to take and make the calls. Once finallized please PM with cell phone numbers or contacts and I will make a master list.
