The Swan has queen beds. The Dolphin has double beds. The Swan is smaller. They share the same bus transportation. The sit a few hundred feet across from each other, so dining is basically the same.

Depending on when you look I have scene as much as 50 dollar per night difference in price.

A friend stayed at the reserve and really liked it. He cashed in some suite nights though…

Personal I prefer staying at the swan.

The Swan for the larger bathrooms. And it is much easier to navigate. I get turned around when I stay at the Dolphin.

For sure the Swan Reserve. It's a great hotel and the rooms are gorgeous.

Swan, hands down. Queen beds vs double, not as long of interior hallways as Dolphin and a little bit closer to the boardwalk area.
