I need to put in a special request on my reservation. I was going to add it the spg. site. I am a starwood preferred plus member. I wanted to request non-smoking, near elevators and higher floor. I also wanted to ask if it at all possible for a complimentary upgrade to club level. Do you think this is ok to do? I've never requested an upgrade before. Also, do I have to e-mail or call the hotel too. I would appreciated any good or bad suggestions. Thank you.
