Swan to Epcot

I have reservations at the Swan for Monday. I bought my Epcot tickets online from Disney and need to pick up the actual tickets. Can I do that at the hotel desk?

Also, the boat from the swan to Epcot, at what part of the park does it drop is off?

I can't say for sure about the tickets being able to be picked up at the Swan. But, you can get them at the ticket booth at Epcot. The boat will drop you at the International Gateway, the backdoor to Epcot. It takes you into the World Showcase. You can take the boat there, and then just stop at the ticket booth before you get to bag check. Easy.
