Hi -

I am leaving July 10. Family is getting very excited. Maybe you Swan experts can answer a few questions:

If I have the $8.00 resort fee waived will I still be entitled to a coffee pot and bring my own coffee from home?

Is there a specific locale, building or floor that is more easily accessible to food areas and/or transportation areas?

Planning to bring laptop - if room is not ready should I assume I need to bring it with me to park or is there a secure place to leave it?

Any suggestions for "must-brings" would be appreciated.

How wonderful you are nearing your departure date! Although I'm not a SWAN expert...To help you:

1. YES...even if fee is waived the coffee pot remains in the room for your use.

2. The ground (or second) floor of the swan nearest the lobby is accessible to most everything (including the walkway to the Boardwalk & Dolphin).

3. There is a secure place to leave the laptop if your room is not ready. Do you have wireless internet access? If not, you may wish to reconsider the $8.00 fee, as it includes local call (local access #) for up to 60 minutes at a time. If you need to use the internet for a longer period, just hang up before the 60 min. and redial. We use this, and it works out great.

Thanks so much for taking the time to get back to me. Sounds good regarding the $8.00 service fee especially since I am bringing laptop. Maybe I will just have it waived for one room - we will be accommodating two rooms. Thanks again.
