Need help with Swan room upgrade request. I sent an email last Sat. or Sun. to the Swan using the special room request link on their website. Was trying to get club lounge access, don't care which floor or view we have. Would like to save a little money on breakfast everyday. Haven't heard anything, should I send another email or just hope for the best when we check-in. Only have four days before we leave, so any help will be greatly appreciated.
