Swan questions

Just a couple more quick questions.

Is there a lot of parking available at the Swan? We won't be arriving until about 7 & I do NOT want to pay to valet.

Will the parks send purchases back to the Swan?

Finally, if I want to respectfully inquire about a King bed (not available when I booked) or about an upgrade, do I do so by email, and when do I do this?

I can't help with the rest, but there certainly is non-valet parking available at the Swan.

Lots of parking and packages can be sent back to the hotel for pickup in the gift shop.

You can try to call about the king room and ask what they recommend if there still aren't any available.

Sometimes there are cancels or changes when people check in which may leave a king room available. GOOD LUCK!! You'll love the SWAN!

No answers to your questions, but we checkin at the Swan in just 7 days! We've stayed there before and really like it, hope you do, too.

Hi, wanted to add my observations.

Parking. It isn't usually a big deal, but if there is a very large convention, parking can be tight. Some people attend the conventions but do not stay at the Swan. My first stay at the Swan was for a Photoshop conference and many of the participants did not stay at the resort so they drove in for the day from other hotels. Last year it was very crowded the first week then dead the second week (second week was over Memorial Day). Just wanted you to be aware of this. We have noticed over our stays that it is easier to park in the evenings.
