Swan Or Dolphin Concerige????

Narrowing down our choices! Wondering which concerige level is better, at the Swan or the Dolphin? What times are they open? What about snacks/appetizers at night? Do they have coridals/beer? The rooms, what are they like? Are they worth the money, or would you rather stay in a balcony room? What about transportation, is it easy to travel from Epcot or MGM from the hotels? Do they have bus service? My fiancee wants a robe, do they have robes as in the WDW Deluxe Resorts? Thanks!

I don' think there is much difference. Personally I did not find the Club Level worth paying for (luckily I didn't pay). They are open a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the evening, If you are planning dinner out you would probably miss the evening hours. Alcholic beverages are available for a cost.

Having stayed both CL and regular at the hotels I can't see a difference in the rooms. I just don't recall if they had robes.

I got an upgrade to the Club level at the Dolphin. I loved the room and the view, but since I had already planned my trip, I really did not take advantage of the concierge services. I also did not use the food options.

I enjoyed it for what I paid for it (nothing ), but I wouldn't pay full price for it.

There really are not "concerige services" not avaialbe to regular guests at Swan or Dolphin. The people working the lounge are not really there to make reservations etc. (They tend to spend their time refilling the food and then when the lounge is closed they are gone) There is a concerige desk in the lobby, but anyone can use it.
