Swan or Dohphin???

Just in case I can't get into a Disney owned resort, is there any difference between the Swan and Dolphin? Are they a good alternative or is there something better?

I prefer to stay at the Swan/Dolphin - with my slight preference being for the smaller Swan.

Of the two, we like the Swan better-but they are both great properties with a great location! We felt the Swan advantages were:

1. It was smaller
2. Had a sink & mirror inside & outside the bathroom
3. Was the first bus pickup & dropoff

We spent two nights in the Swan this spring--loved it. So close to Epcot and MGM.
