Was wondering if anyone has ever gone to the character dinner at Gulliver's (at the Swan)? THe kids just decided today that they want to "dine"with Pluto. How is it?
I can't find a kids menu for the restaurant on all ears? Anybody know if there is somewhere else I can find one?

Also, is there anything special to see/attend Dec. 18-23 at the Swan (Family Christmas activities?)

Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

Also, Is there anywhere else to dine with Pluto (outside the theme parks). I think Chef Mickeys also but assume the PS's will all be taken by this time.

As we were staying at the Dolphin, we did several character meals at Gullivers Grill.

It was Pluto and Goofy at breakfast Saturday and Sunday. It was also Pluto and Goofy every night except for Monday and Friday (when it was Timon and Rafiki).

Our kids loved them, and as it was not too busy they got loads of attention from the characters.

Thanks again,

Yes there is a kids menu.

It includes chicken strips, burger. Can't remember anything else because that's all our kids ate.

We had a kids eat free card because we were on a package with Virgin Holidays from the UK. I seem to remember the kids meals were in the region of $10.

One night myself and DW overdosed on the bottomless glass of wine they do for $16:teeth:

pluto was not at Chef Mickey's on Thursday - I think we have seen him at the garden grill thogh

Could someone please clarify the dates of the Twilight Magic. Per the earlier note in this post, I see December 1st, but I see other references to dates as early as November 26th. We're coming down on the 28th to stay at Boardwalk Villas and definitely want to check it out. We just would want to know which of our nights has it.

We had the Pluto/Goofy character dinner at Gulliver's a year ago, and there was a separate kids' buffet line, which was nice. I remember spaghetti, mac n cheese, hot dogs, chicken strips, fries, jellos, brownies, cookies, and cup cakes. There were probably some other things, too. The adult buffet was definitely more adult food, including nice seafood choices.

Also Goofy and Pluto came out at different times, not together.

If you go to www.wdwinfo.com, you'll see a link to the S/D activities listed in the very middle of the page. According to that list, Dec. 1 is the first day for the Twilight Magic. Just to double-check, I went to www.swandolphin.com, and their holiday page also says activities begin on Dec. 1.
