Does anyone know th email for the swan. I wanted to send them my requests, also who do I address it to? We are arriving there on Thursday, so I have to do this today. Thanks.

But, don't be surprised when you check in that they have your original ressie and no mention of an upgrade - PLEASE ask right there. The CMs are very gracious. That's what happened to me when I was there last week of July - we got our upgrade by asking and I had e mailed twice before going.
