Swan/Dolphin reservation in MDE system

Hi,
Just a quick question. I had a reservation that i had made back in Nov for March at the Swan/Dolphin (made through Marriott) but then added into MDE. Well i cancelled that reservation the other day (again through Marriott) but it still shows on MDE app and website. Is this normal? I actually called Disney and they said if i had cancelled with Dolphin then all was good but i just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this. Just seems odd. Also i am now planning to go in May so i am waiting to add new reservation till the old one dissapears.

MDE can be slow to refresh EVERYTHING I've had cancellations stay stuck in MDE, especially the app for weeks. Fastpass updates can take hours. It's gotten better in the desktop version with the recent itinerary overhaul but worse on the mobile version. I too had to call and check on our last trip that our cancelled Sanaa and STK Brunch reservations were in fact cancelled. That's part of why I've started keeping a folder of the email confirmations and cancellations on my phone.
 
Yep. We have a Swan reservation that shows up in MDE. Since it's linked manually when you cancel it there's nothing to update to tell MDE to remove it
Doesn't worry me at all since I'm certain I canceled it. What MDE shows is of no consequence.
