swan/dolphin question

If staying there, can you buy the UPH ticket here and drop a day like you can at a Disney Owned resort?

I've never done it, but I've seen posts that you can drop your arrival or departure day at the Swan/Dolphin.

I don't know this for a fact, but I very much would like to know. Denise at Small World Travel told me that Swan/Dolphin don't book the packages. If they don't book the packages, doesn't that mean you can't get a UHP?

Can you purchase a UHP outside of buying a package?

You may drop the first and the last day off your UPH ticket if you wish to do so. The Swan and Dolphin both have a Disney desk located just off their main lobby. Once you are checked in, you can easily purchase your tickets. You may purchase UPH/LOS, single tickets, park hopper, and Enight tickets at the Disney desk. You can't purchase your tickets ahead of time as they need proof you are staying onsite when you purchase a UPH/LOS pass. Your check in at the resort is all that is needed!
