Back in the day, we booked through Disney and had separate room keys/tickets. We thought it was going to be a big deal but it wasn't. We just always kept the key/ticket together so it was never an issue. I admit to being a little disappointed that it's not all together, but taking into account the discount, and other issues, I'll get over it.
